Hello,
i'm totaly newbie with arc but it seems to be a very
good PHP library.
Before we start to use it, i have somme questions.
We plan to use the library to manage a skos thesaurus.
I think this is not a real problem skos use rdf scheme so
arc can manage it ... tell me if i mistake ...
The real question is : do you have web services to
manage a skos thesaurus available somewhere or
do we have to create them ?
I search the web, but I don't find anything avalaible to do that
in PHP.
If we have to do it, we will create this services with arc and
release them in opensource.
